In the past 2-3 weeks we have had disruption of Tatasky services for over 5 days with limited set of channels being broadcasted. In the name o[censored]pgradation, Tatasky is committing deficiency in service. I request tatasky to take this message as a formal request to not charge for days during which l service was not provided. This may please be considered and necessary action taken at the earliest.
