[Resolved] Tata Sky — Payment issue

Respected sir, My name is Smita Panchal. I am Tata sky customer. My subscriber id is [protected] .I had recharged my monthly pack Rs. 207/- on 30th January 2021 through google pay. Amount debited from my account. Tata sky denied they didn't receive amount. I sent google pay payment abd bank statement screen shot to tata sky nodal officer. I had called up so many times.
