From last 1 month trying to reach customer with very hard luck. Need to try atleast 5-6 times each time 30-40 min on call wait and finally call get disconnects saying "we will call you back" which never happened till date.
4 weeks we are unable to view channels due to 4K upgrade at back-end and Tatasky is kind enough to send engineer to adjust the signaling at antenna after 4 weeks and extended my subscription by just 3 days. Why we have to pay remaining 27 days?? And above this, Just yesterday, have moved the house and again had to 10 follow-ups for a technician to re-install the connection equipment at the cost of Rs200/-. Post job done, offered the amount to technician and he said, Not required [ i felt shock for this free service !!] Just sometime back, i got an SMS saying that, my connection got de-activated due to lack of balance.
There is no information that, amount is going to deduct from account which we paid for channels. Again trying to reach customer care from last 1-2 hrs with no luck.
I strongly feel, there is no customer centricity at TataSky. It lost customer faith & trust. When they are expecting huge number of calls due to their planned changes, they MUST keep more number of executives to attend customer calls.
I have decided to move out from TataSky..just becoz of poor service Was this information helpful? |
