There is a issue with my tatasky. Spoke to customer care Ms.Vandhna and Rashmi and one of the senior supervisor Mr. Shekhar. There is a signal issue they were saying will arrange the engineer within 2 hrs visit charge would Rs.300 due to I changed my address. But, I am not changed my address Customer care updated the wrong address because, last had a same issue and there was no visit charge so, how come they charging me this time.
