My self basant kumar singh, i am a customer of tatasky my id [protected] for last 4 years and last 14 days are facing problem of not viewing all news channels and all other channels. This problem i am facing from last 14 days and one representative (service man) Mr. Dhadhich his Mob.No. [protected] attend this problem but at present this problem are not complete solved. I have paid rs.1660 in july, 2016 for annual plan but last some days i have not viewing due to this problem.
Pl. Refund my payment.
