[Resolved] Tata Sky — Poor customer service 123 | |||||
I have shifted within the same city. I do not need relocation service from tata sky. In my new building, there is common connection of tata Sky and I have installed my tata sky box, however it is not receiving the signal. When I asked their executive to visit my place, I was told there will be visiting charges of 200 - I agreed with that. Now, they are telling I will have to put relocation request for which there will be charges of 300. Can someone tell why is it mandatory to raise relocation request when I do not want their relocation services? I have already installed set up in the building and have set up the box in my flat - why are they insisting for relocation request and additional charges? This is extremely poor customer service.
