[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Poor customer service 123

I have shifted within the same city. I do not need relocation service from tata sky. In my new building, there is common connection of tata Sky and I have installed my tata sky box, however it is not receiving the signal. When I asked their executive to visit my place, I was told there will be visiting charges of 200 - I agreed with that. Now, they are telling I will have to put relocation request for which there will be charges of 300. Can someone tell why is it mandatory to raise relocation request when I do not want their relocation services? I have already installed set up in the building and have set up the box in my flat - why are they insisting for relocation request and additional charges?
This is extremely poor customer service. Tata Sky simply harasses its customers.

You better keep charging for every thing under the sky in the name of tata sky, we will switch to another service provider if such things continue. it's not that if we have already invested in tata sky box, we will stick to it.
Eventually concern not addressed, complaint not resolved, I had to eventually pay 300 as relocation charges to the executive to start the services again after 5 days.
