[Resolved]  Tata Sky — poor customer service and adamant local technician managers

Dear tatasky,

I have been staying in kandivali east where society had common dish due to which i was not provided an individual dish. Now tht i am shifting to a new location on rental basis to bandra east, relocation has to be completed with individual dish and which i had mentioned clearly in my requests as well as while talking to customer executives regularly. I was confirmed that i should not pay charges for dish. Also, being a tenant in new society, it will be difficult for arranging tarrace keys in co-ordination with owner and society permissions repeatatively.

I have made the relocation request on 20th sep which was eventually cancelled on 30 sep by technician because he did not brought dish along with him for installation. I was co-ordinating with your local mumbai office where i had been promised to complete the request within 24hrs, but some how it did not complete. Now after continuous follow up with technicians and local office i had been asked to raise a new request which generated on 7th oct and the wo# is 10euqu56. However, even after follwoing up with local managers mr sudeep or ms ashwini or mr hakim the wo is still pending for more than last 20days.

Hence, i request you to either complete the relocation asap with compensation by waiving off service charges and extending the duration of subscription for such nuisance or refund the money as the subscription is valid till jun 2018.

According to me now, i feel that the best option is to refund my money of remaining subscription and will buy another new connection which will close this lingering issues permanently.
