[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor quality of service - technician as well as call center personnel | |||
Had put my request for de-installation as well as re-installation on 3rd march. The request was put around noon time and was told that within 2 hours some one from tata sky will contact. After repeated follow ups the technician visited my place around 8 pm. He did not complete the re-installation work completely as he was in a hurry and requested to allow him to complete the job next day morning. The technician is not traceable since then and i have repeatedly followed up with customer care. I again checked with customer care today evening and was shocked to hear that earlier customer care associate had noted to send the associate on 5th march at 4 pm. I am disappointed to note such abysmal quality of customer care not generally expected from tata brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
