The company people are simply wasting the time and money of the customer.
when I am trying to inform to drop my HD package it is not possible for more than 20 minutes.
After giving so many details to the IVRS and then the customer executive simply informed that the system is not working,
why they are playing with customers?
worst quality and most hopeless service.
last time on 13th May 2016 also the same problem, when i got a call from your tata sky company saying that if I recharge with 300/- within 48 hours I will get 50/- extra, basing on that call I recharged on 14th May,
but till today the extra amount not credited into my TATA account balance.
