Tata Sky — poor responce

my name is vinay poonia, I am using tata sky since its inception, I have got four connections of it, but as I am not getting proper response from there call centre as well as from there service centre, it seems they have excess no. of customers and they are not able to serve all of them, I am not getting proper service from them, so feeling cheated, kindly ask them to refund my money, thanx
