Tata Sky — Poor response from tata Sky | |||||
I am a TATA SKY customer (unfortunately) and availed your DTH service for ULTRA-HD pack. I had paid six months subscription in the month of July 16. In the month of August I had opted for multi TV . After installation from your service engineers, within weeks time I lost access of couple of HD channels on both TV screens. I had made 04 complaints with your call centre. Three time your service engineers visited to my resident. No one has solved the problem. In spite of this all three calls were closed and shown as OK. Forth call was closed without visiting to my place. I am fed up with the service your company is offering & seeking direct help from you.
