Tata Sky — poor service and no response from provider

dear sir, ref tata sky id [protected].this is in regards to poor service and response from tata sky. the broadcast of majority of channels have been hampered due to some technical problem, i have been calling the customer care of said service provider however there has been no response on ground except verbal promises to send representative. the said service provider has been fooling me and several other consumers. may i please request you to look into the matter and direct the above mentioned firm to not falter on their commitments and fool common people.
