Tata Sky — POOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS | |
Pl refer to subs id [protected]...And take out recordings of my last conversations with all tata sky representatives from 09 Mar 15 to 27 Apr 15...Also i request you to provide me with all these recordings..I gave the request for delocation initially at Yapral, Secunderabad many a times AND nobody turned up . When I checked up from tatasky they told me that the door was locked.. How can people tell blatant lies and find reasons for not working. Always someone was available in wait for tatasky people for the next so many days...The branch responsible for tatasky services at that area didnot respond at all despite repeated requests...Finally with great difficulty I managed to spk to tatasky associate who told me that I wont be charged for the dish at the new place of location as tatasky was responsible for it.. But again to my horror the new tatasky experts at Baroda also were clueless and I had to literally beat my head against them in explaining the whole story many a times...(Pl refer to all the recordings and crosscheck)...At last the tatasky was installed promising me NO charges, moreover I am a subscriber of tatasky mega pack which says free installation..But for the last few days the msg is coming that Rs 147 is due as service visit charges. Again I contacted tatasky But that expert told me that he doesnt know.. All my efforts to explain to any of the tatasky people have failed and I m extremely pained to experience such pathetic services.. You are requested to intervene and investigate the matter and resolve these issues imm... Was this information helpful? | |
