Tata Sky — Poor Service and Waste of Money spending on Tata Sky

Dear All, Let me tell you, tata sky is the worst service ever I have experienced in life. I have raised complain on 10/03/2015 and till date there has been no response from there end. You call up there customer care and it will take min 20 min to talk to there customer care executive and after that we get to here today we will fix this and again there is no response but I get regular remainder for payments. I have been staying without any explosure to world / tv and today I have completed one month ten days I have got no response. Am not sure where to take this issue up. Expecting I will get any kind of help from this forum and posing my problem. I hope will reach some useful ears.
