[Resolved] Tata Sky — Poor service by tata sky service persons | |||||
Dear sir, On 3rd Jan 17 tata sky install person installed new connection in my front flat (IVY Esate/Umang Homes/ Wagholi/Pune). He cut my dish cable & connected it again due to which signal not coming on my TV as well as he cut my nearby other tata sky dish cable. Then he used same cable for New connection. I have attached snaps for this. PL go thru it. These people purposefully doing malpractice like this. I also checked our society gate. Only tata sky person Mr. Sambhji Bhosale ( Tata sky service person ) accessed the top terrace lock key. From that point of time, My Connection got disconnected. This is very serious issue. Also, I have raised complaint in evening to Tata sky customer care & they sent the service person to resolve issue on 4th Jan. I already told to customer care reading this malpractice. So no service charge should be cut from my account. But still you cut Rs 200/- from my account. If your person doing such malpractice then how you will cut service charge from my account??? (Complaint no. U71LHGDS & U72Q418 ) So Kindly revert my amount deducted because the issue is created by TATASKY Person. Was this information helpful? | |||||
