Tata Sky — Poor Service, No Response from Executives | |||
Hi, It has been 3 days, since my Set top Box is not recieving Signal. I lodged a complaint on 22-Apr, as on 21st evening the customer care were so busy attending to calls that I could not get to speak to an associate. Anyway, after lodging a complaint (22 Apr, 11 AM) on call center, the associate told me that an executive will call me within 4 hours and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. No request Id was sent to me on SMS. At 3.30 PM, I contacted the online chat and again submitted a request. No records of my previous request were there in system. This time, I recieved a Request ID : - HSGSF1U. The associate told me that, I will get a call in 2 hours and the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. I did not recieve any call from Executive till now.Yesterday, 23-Apr, I again contacted online helpdesk in the after noon around 3 PM, as their said SLA was about to expire, to check the status. The associate now was very apologetic, but offered no resolution. Same old lame excuse, that all executives are busy and request shall be entertained within 24 hours. I am yet to get a call from any executive/technician on this. This is very pathetic service and an altogether useless customer care people. Especially the PCMC (Pune) area customer care is highly lousy and good for nothing. Moreover, my balance in the tata sky gets deducted every single day, even if there's no signal. How great is that!
