It was a poor response from your network.A c.c.officer attended my call, I was explaining my problem to her, she doesn't mind about it and she ended my call.I think that I must subscribe to some other leading network.I lost more than Rs.100 by contacting your customer service in my mobile.I didn't expected this from a leading network.
