Tata Sky — Poor service quality

I am using TATASKY DTH service Customer ID [protected] - Paid for 6 moth of DHAMAL MIX. but for last 15 days regional Bengalichannel s are not coming and also news channels are not coming properly. When ever I am calling asking service charge. Itbis their service problem, why I will pay service charge.
