Tata Sky — Poor service support

I am using tata sky since 10 month but the services and signal quality is horrible. There is no service support available . An average 15 days out of 30 days we are facing no signal problem. The customer care is not picking my phone and some time they drop after waiting of 23 min waiting . I never seen such poor company . I will never suggest any one for buying tata sky. They have not supplied complete disk along with new connection. Really mental harassment by this company. Poor service and customer support. We should banned such company
