[Resolved]  Tata Sky — poor service system


We are using tatasky for last two years.

Our connection was not working hence it was fixed by their service person.

It was also told by "tata sky call center that" we are premium customer hence there is no service charge of rs. 225 for home visit but the card of setup box has damaged which need to be paid by us.

We agreed for this but they charged for (1) service charge (2) card damage both.

Raised around 3 ticket with them which get closed automatically after a day or two.

The reason told by them was "i was not reachable" via mobile which can happen due to many reason such as
1) i might be driving so can not take the call
2) in meeting at office.

My questions is why can not tata sky keep "the ticket open for a week & when i call customer care for follow - the same required clarification can be obtained from me"

All together there is definitely "tata sky has poor service system for its customer"
