To harit.nagpal, jeremydarroch, help, vikram.kaushik Dear Sir This to bring to your notice about Harresment i have faced due to poor Services of Tata Sky On 7th i called & register a relocation of my Tata sky Set up box & clearly told them My relocation Address & Old also, At that time i have been told that they will Uninstall the System & Give to me & it will be my responsiblity to bring it back to new Address & they will install it next day, which i agree & i did the same. After this waited for 1 Day & Yesterday i called your Faridabad Service Center Mr. Amit for Installation & he Clearly told that you need to logged the Service request again & they are not responsible for any thing it is the TATA SKY who owns the responsiblity, i Confronted because i have registered it but since in the end i made a mistake to purchase Tata Sky i agree to log a call on the assurance that it will be done today. Aftert logging the call & assurance from your call center i immediately received a call from service center (Faridabad), I was surprised to hear first he told me that it will not be done today in any case & second he said our call center doent know anything they only make false commitment to the customer, it will be done according to what he told me . I again called your call center they again assured that it will be done in 2 Hrs, I waited for 2 hrs and called again this time talked to you supervisor he also told it will be done today, this time i recorded what he said ( Recording is attached ), he Also confirmed after asking that if not done today my Payment of Setup box & other things will be refunded. Just to aagin comfirmed it is not being done uo to today, i called your call center again i thing 5th time in last 2 days & spoke to Mr Chiranjivi & he added another part that, he asked you tell us what you want to do if you want we can close your connection, but you will not be refunded a single penny & only way you have is to do the reinstallation, which is telling your customer now since you made a mistake of purchasing Tata Sky you will be Penalised Kindly revert other wise i will have no other option than going to the Consumer court, Irrespective of Installation will be done today or not, since i dont think we can sell a box for Lifetime & than Blackmailing him for the Life time . Apart from the Above Iam really unhappy with the Approach of your call center not even onced they confirmed what is said by the service center is wrong & Which in anyways confirm that they are useless.
