My Tatasky ID is [protected]. Since a week no reception. Tatasky local agency refuses to attend mobile calls to attend customer complaints. Tatasky customer care has been contacted since two days, no service support.

I have exhausted all options. A poor & inefficient customer care is unfortunate for a company linked to TATAs.
