Tata Sky — Problem of signal for many channels since 1st April 2015

I lodged complaint through SMS on 3rd April and was assured to get it fixed by sending techician. Since the job was pending on 5th next date of recharge was extended by 3 days, again on 5th by 2 days and on 7th by another 2 days. Unfortunately, despite telephonic and online follow up, the problem has not been sorted out till today; all the time the helpdesk personnel in online chat and technicians assured to send technicians. Till today I have been deprived of viewing most of the channels for 24 days at a stretch. So why not extend the next date of recharge on prorata basis for the period you are unable to send your technicians and get the problem fixed? Otherwise, get it fixed immediately. But your helpdesk personnel have failed to do either and today I received SMS regarding next date of recharge being on 1st May. Why should I bear the cost of these days that you have not been able to send technicians?
