Tata Sky — Problem persisting since the last 2 months - not receiving signal | |
I have been a tata sky customer for more than 12+ years in bangalore. Since the last 2 months, when i switch on both my tvs, it gives the message 'set top box not receiving signal'. I raise a complain, the technician comes and does some rectification and the tv works. After 1 or 2 days the problem reoccurs. They even asked me to change the set top box which i did. Since the last one week no one has even come to attend the problem. This is disgusting!. Very disappointed with tata sky. My latest work order no is rwqy6k2 Was this information helpful? | |
