I have been one of the erly user of your well known dth service but recently ii came accross a problem which i suggest to look after .the customer care call are diverted to souther part intead of being in wester part maharashtra-mumbai
its causing a trouble in contacting with your serive center each and every customer care number i tried is being answered in sounther language
i suggest please look into matter and a proper serviceline should be provided to user so that we can conntact to you easily with any long hold and unanswered call
