[Resolved]  Tata Sky — product not given but payment taken

Tata sky new connection booked online on 12-oct-2017 and paid rs. 5546/= [trn id: ds[protected]] online. They issued immediately the subscriber id: [protected]. Their customer care /officials only made calls to take my appointment, confirming address and flooded with confusing contradictory smss promising installation at different dates, different times and different work-order numbers [10hmqs5e, 10i4sxxu]. The calls were from: [[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]]. Even one technician to whom the job had been offered on 13th-oct, called me once from [protected]. He fixed the time as per his interest but pretending to take my appointment. Later as he not appeared on his preferred time, i only made 10 to 15 calls to him requesting him to come, he only assured me by telling “tension maat lo sir, i will come shortly”… but i am getting smss with changed time every time it seems the technician is too busy and after few calls he even blocked me!!! But the height of frustration after giving payment on 12th-oct, is tatasky is asking me for a feed back by calling me on mobile that how is the quality of their reception? As i asked him that where do i see the television, he said he can see that still installation is not done!!! And asked me what is the reason??? Then what for he is calling without verifying whether product is installed or not? Later one person called and took the complaint and said that he has escalated it and referred to technical department (Seems a big thing) and it will be resolved on priority. Till on 14th oct afternoon 12:00 pm i am getting calls and smss but nobody appeared with product. For tata sky "appointment" is too important, they don't go to location without taking appointment... So they will continually make calls to customer but they won’t ensure that their technician should respond to the work-order issued. And they will not come on that day but fault is always ours and again on next day customer needs to give appointment.
I decided to not to pick up their phone any more, i multiple times told them that any time they may come i am available... But till now they are calling (On 14th oct from: [protected], may be their escalated customer care) and sending smss but not at all sending the person with product to install… i had not answered any calls on 14th and would not want to talk to those stupids…i need my money back, i dont want this headache for next years to come... If such care there provide for installation also, what they dose for old customers???
