[Resolved]  Tata Sky — providing wrong information

I have a tatasky connection. My registered no is [protected]. There is some problem, few subscribed channels are not properly displayed. I registered a complain and your service provider told me you should not pay any visit charge. Further 100 rs visit charge deducted from my account. Why you provide such wrong information to the customer.
