[Resolved] Tata Sky — qr code recharge failed but amount deducted

Dear sir
I did a recharge amount of rs.985/- for tata sky on 9th of september 2017 through sbi's bharat qr. The amount was deducted. But the recharge did not show up for two days so i called the tatasky customer care and told them about the problem. They told me the transacton was a failure and it will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days and recommended to do another recharge. I ask them if it wont be a trouble to recharge for a second when the first one was a failure. They told me to go ahead and do it. So i did and thankfully the transaction was successful. But the first transaction amount of rs.985/- has not been refunded yet to my account. Its been one month today. They told me to go to the bank and i idid. They told me to wait it out for a month and tatasky is saying the same thing. That also i did. The money still has not showed up. So as a customer what should i do.
