[Resolved] Tata Sky — quality service by technical personnel | |||
Suscriber id-[protected] I am not getting the permanent solution of poor strength of cable signal since long inspiteof paying visit charge of technician of tata sky. This happens three to four times in a year and add additional cost on my annual subscribed package which become costlier than local tv channel service provider. This will force me to drop the services of tata sky and opt for some other co. Talked to several times to customer service provider to attend my request free of cost and charge for replaced parts, but not attended seriously. Request u to solve the problem at earliest.
