Tata Sky — Re-installation from dish connection is not yet done

I (subscriber ID [protected]) have relocated from Pune to Bangalore and informed about the relocation request on Friday (22nd May). Still now I have not received any callback from the installation team and nothing is proceeded.
As per my previously location, I was sharing the common dish and did not get my own dish. Every time I speak to the customer care representative they are saying the same answers...
1. Sorry sir
2. We will check with the installation department and they will check with you for the convenient time of installation
3. Installation will be done by today
I have spoken to the customer care executive for 5 times and senior representative for 2 times. I is very hard to pay my money (for a year subscription) and wasting my time like this...
