I have Given the Request of TATA SKY Relocation on Friday Dated 22.05.2015, and the uninstallation happened that day Itself. But when I have shifted to the New Place in Noida, I have register the Request of Re- Installation but even in the Given set of time and TAT of 24 Hours, nobody had turned up, and kept calling the Customer care and they are telling me that they have raised the request with High Priority.But Still I didn't get any response from the Technician team for the Re-installation. Even while the Process o[censored]n-Installation I have paid the Cash amount of 200rs/- but still the amount got deducted from my TATA Sky Account.
Today is the Final Day if no body turns up, then I am going to Deactivate the TATA Sky Services and will opt for some other Service Provider who actually cares of their Customers.
