Tata Sky — Re: requirement of proper installation of new dish connection. | |||
Sir/Madam, I wish to inform you that on 19.03.2016 a phone call received by from [protected] stating that they are from Tata Sky and they want to install the new connection for which I have paid for that. I have replied to the person I am out of station, tour to Warangal. He replied we have brought all the installation material and requested me for action. Then I suggested to the gentlemen to fix the Dish on the top and leave the cable near to my residence. and I asked my neighbours to collect the Tata Sky Kit. After half an hour he again rang up and confirmed the handing over of the kit to my neighbour. On 21.03.2016 at about 06.50 pm I rang up the gentlemen asking him to complete the process of installation. He replied that " I cannot attend the work until you pay some money. if you want to make a compliant against me you can do what ever level you want to do. " In this regard I request the Help line to take the suitable action and see the the new Tata Sky HD Disk connection to be installed completely. The ID received by SMS is [protected] .
