Tata Sky — Recharge amount not reflected in the tata sky account

I recharge through tata sky QR code on may 31. but 500 rs paid successfully by Gpay but money not reflected to my Tata sky account. So i access the three days urgent plan. Still now no information about my money. Today(june3) again i tried to pay 500rs money through the billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. but again payment successful but not reflected in my Tata sky account. Now my Tata sky account was deactivated. What should I do next? I dont know what about my 1000rs and not Able to see the tv channels also.
