[Resolved] Tata Sky — Recharge amount Rs.3000/- | |||||
On 08/03/2017 we recharge for our dish no.[protected] for rs.3000/- that time we received message from tata sky the next recharge date is 08/08/2017 but now they again send the message that your pack validity is over & wew ill charge on daily basis. They till today not explain which pack is expired & they now give the next recharge date for 06/05/2017 so explain this making fool our peoples of this untold package. Also till today we dont get rs.1000/- wrong recharge amount from the same co. When we forward the message of our refund of our rs.1000/- message to our bank as per their statement they not yet received any amount fro tata sky. So within next 5 or 6 days if we will not received any satisfactory reply from co. We decide to go consumer court & from that place we will show the real picture of this so called big co.
