[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharge amount wrongly deducted - sub id [protected]

I had recharged the multi connection for the entire year in may 2019. I had promised by the call center representative that upon doing the recharge of rs.15k, you would be additionally get 1 month free pack.

Forget the additional one but my normal subscription which was supposed to get it over by april 30th 2020 that also discontinued by tata sky on 20th mar 2020 with any clarification. This is nothing the but the absolute harassment & unethical practices.

I do have all the audio clips which are supported my statements.

I am receiving no signal message and the weather out is clear . I ve tried rebooting the box several time and also have sent refresh message on thier whatsapp number but the message is even Showing up . I have also tried resetting the box to the default settings . Please help .

Hi, I recently opened my tv after 2 months. Since 2 months it was not charged. But I've charged it now but it is showing an error that this is wrong card for this setup box. Pairing error 14.
I tried inserting it by cleaning by a cloth but its still not helpful.
