[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Recharge debited but services not received

My customer I'd is [protected]
I did monthly Recharge of Rs 415 twice once on 25th January and another on 29th January using Mvisa service .Both the time money got debited from my account but was not received by your company. My Recharge was not done .
I called the customer care and they said the money will be reversed in 7 days but I have not yet received the refund neither my account got recharged .Please do needful and Recharge my account and start our Tatasky Services immediately. If you can not do anything we will be forced by other service provider. Reply at your earliest.
