I should say the customer care is very poor for this service. My recharge for Tata sky failed on March 6, however the amount of INR 500 got deducted from my bank account but still there has been no refund been made till now. Whenever I am calling the customer for an update they are registering new complaints and extending the TAT.

Considering it is a TATA brand, I really did not expect such service from them. I should urge people to stop using this brand for broadband services as they are not at all liable for any kind of payment failure. Was this information helpful? |
