Sir,
I have twice re charged my dth service but my channels are not yet activated and the t. V shows insufficient balance. I have re charged for rupees 299 for two times. My id is [protected] and my registered cell number is [protected]. I re charged yesterday with rupees 299 and today also with rupees 299 but still now it is not getting any channels.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
