[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge karne par bhi tata sky activate nhi hua | |||
Dear sir, aaj date 10.2.20 ko 9.25pm 314rs ka recharge karwaya, 2 time recharge k 314/- and 314/- aaise 2 bar paise cut huye account se.. Par 22.30pm bhi ho gaye ab tak recharge hua nhi aur na activate hua, customer care executive ne bhi proper response nhi diya... Tata sky recharge 15 min me na hone par jo mobile number diya hai miss call kare us par bhi call kiya tha but koi response nhhi... Aur aaj ye pahli bar nhi ho raha... Eske phle bhi last monthsame complaint ki thi.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Changing package by misleading promotional call and then not redressing the complaint on repeated requests.Detailed email on 24.1.2020 not answered so far.DTH services discontinued by the company.
