My experience with TATASKY RECHARGE
I made a recharge for one year online using my master card . The transaction was successful and I received the debit from Master card side and from TATASKY side . After a few minutes I received another message stating that my transaction was unsuccessful and if the money was debited it will get returned in a weeks time and I have to use the link sent as part of the message for making the payment again . I made the second payment and the above process repeated ie first a message came as transaction success followed by transaction unsuccessful. I phoned the Tayasky and they confirmed two payment and when I asked for reimbursement they say 2.5% will get deducted . Why the customer should pay this for a deficiency in the service ?
I am attaching the messages below . Can I now approach the consumer court ?

TATASKY rep was adamant about service charge for returning my second payment.
This is a pure and simple issue in their online setup for which why should the customer suffer .
Is there a honest Tata official who can look into this ?
I require reimbursement of my second payment without deduction
