This is with reference to the complaint against Tatasky.
On 10th December 2015 we got a flash screen on our television showing a message alert of Zero account balance.We immediately get the recharge done on the account number with Rs1000 via paytm, afterwards we come to know that wrong ID was displayed on our screen and we have recharged to wrong account. we called customer care n number of times but hadn't received any satisfactory answer. I tried to contact paytm to reverse my order, by the time they were agree to reverse there were insufficient balance in that account, so they were unable to reverse the payment.
Request you to please look into this issue and help me to get my payment back.
