[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharged account yet connection not resumed

I had recharged my set top box services (Id no: [protected]) by an amount of rs.501 (Transaction ref no: igaciesrj5) through debit card on 7th november, 2017.. But my connection has not been resumed yet.. The call center claims that it is not their hands and always concludes the conversation stating that it would be restored within 12 hours.. 4 days have passed, yet the connection has not been resumed.. Kindly see to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

Dear Sir,
This is complaint lodge that my tata sky HD set up box does not received signal.
I have already checked all but may be disc problem, please arrange mechanic immediately.
