[Resolved] Tata Sky — reckless behavior of service executives | |||
Hi, I have raised a request on 31st of may for relocation of my tata sky. As requested they did the de-installation on 1st june. after that the service team is not responding to my calls for Re-installation and i have been escalating the issue since SIX days to the customer care and also to superiors through phone and also through their website. But, till now all they gave me was fake assurance. Yesterday i got a call from a hyderabad executive named NEERAJ([protected]) saying that i should not complain about them even if it takes SEVEN days because it was my problem not his. Previously it used to take hours for re-location but now a days the service team is treating customers as if their slaves. Already its been six days, how many more days i need to wait just for re-installation?
