[Resolved] Tata Sky — Rectification of dish antenna and no services for 12 days. | |||||
Dish antenna was damaged during cyclone in Chennai. Complaint registered for rectification on 19th Dec 2016. Tata sky service representative is calling us and reverted back that this area is not comes under his area. Everyday we are calling Tata Sky Customer care and explained about the problem. Till today (31 Dec 2016) problem is not rectified. But Subscription is deducted daily. I am paying subscription without using tata sky services. It is absolutely worst experience.
