[Resolved] Tata Sky — referral scheme not honored | |||
My tata sky subscriber id: [protected] I had referred the following customer id:[protected] through your referral program and personally help the person during the online registration process however tata sky support team has denied my referral benefit. When raised the same as complaint with the customer support the accepted it as a complaint (Complaint number 192tinmf) but later called and claimed that the above mentioned customer id was acquired through their dealer network and not through my referral. However, the above mentioned customer has received a message about my referral, have enclosed the same. I am not writing this mail because i have been refused a pity referral bonus but you have hurt sentiment of brand loyalist and a person who has been a continuous referrer of the tata sky brand even before your referral scheme.
