Tata Sky — Refund after cancelling broadband connection.


I had a Tata Play fiber connection (Customer ID : C[protected] ) in Kumar Swamy layout, Bengaluru. I raised a cancellation request on 26th August due to frequent internet problems. I had already paid for 3 months in advance (RS 2120.46) they said it would take 24 hours from 26th August to pick the router and another 7 days to refund the remaining amount in my account. But its been 7 days and nobody has contacted me regarding the router or payment. Every time I call their customer care they just mislead me by telling it will take another 24 hours I am even ready to courier them their router and I just keep requesting them my money. I am just looking for help and somehow get my own money back and I am sure there are many people that are getting scammed by this company.
