Tata Sky — Refund for not getting the service/channels for 15 days | |||
I recharged the tata sky id [protected] on 31/03/2015.Immediately after the recharge i have been facing problems receiving signals. The HD channel were not working due to weak signal. Many other channels were not working as well e.g NDTV good times, history channel. After technical person visit my place, 170 Rs deducted from my account for the part repair of the entina, saying that some problem in the entina, But still same problem exist, SO I again called to customer care.Every time i call the [protected] number i have to wait and listen to the IVR for almost 20 to 30 minutes. the 10 mins wait time exceeds 45 mins. I am totally unhappy about the service. The customer care can never be reached. The due date is now 19th April 2015.Please Refund for not getting the service/channels mentioned for 15 days.
