Tata Sky — Refund of a amount rupees 200

8th may I called a technician visit to repair my remote.The reference no was HZYDIJ4.. But within 24 hrs of service the we found that the remote had a problem.so we called and told to replace it.The next day technician came and told that I had to pay only one time for the service charge amount of 200. But later we found that they credited twice of amount 200 rupees from my account. I called the customer service and told to refund my rupees but they are harassing me for 4 days.The services are now provided by tata sky is so disgusting and the behaviour of customer care services are so much non cooperative.
