Dear Sir, Your representative had contacts us on Monday for our new connection and he came with the other things. Your representative was overweight and he was not able to go up and he rejected to fix the tata sky on top of the house and he told us that he will send us another representative.After that none of your representative approached and not even called us. We have complained in your customer care centre many times but none of them approached us.My Work Order No. IV7DBMP and my subscriber ID [protected].We are so tired by complaining and from your harassment and we are cancelling your connection.
