I recharged Rs.1900 on ID No. [protected] instead of ID No. [protected] by mistake due to wrong ID shown on TV screen by you, on dated 4.12.2015 by dealer, for refund and transfer the money in my ID, I put a complaint on 5 Dec and re-complaint on 8 Dec(complaint no. LM7BHZQ), please transfer my recharge amount in my ID as soon as possible.
